1. Introduction

Everything you do here is private by default. Moreover, we only collect the absolute minimum information needed to make the app work. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI.

2. Information We Collect

Here is what we know about you:

2.1 Account Information

  • Email address and username: Required to create your account and save your work.
  • Password: We use an authentication provider to handle logins. We never see or store your password ourselves.

2.2. Your Content

  • Private stories. By default, everything you write is private. This is stored securely in our database and is accessible only by you. We do not read, share, or publish your private content with anyone.
  • Public content. If you explicitly choose to publish a Scenario or a Story, it becomes visible to the community. You can delete or unpublish these at any time.

2.3. Technical Data

We log basic, anonymous data to help us fix bugs and understand where our users are coming from:

  • Device information: So we know what screens and browsers we need to optimize for.
  • Country: Derived from your connection, after which your IP is discarded.

3. Use of AI

Your text has to be processed to generate an AI response. Here is how that works:

  • Data Transit: When you click Continue, the most recent text of your story is sent to our AI providers.
  • No Training Guarantee: We only use providers that do not use your data to train models. Your content does not become part of the AI training set.
  • Retention: Some providers do retain prompt logs for 30 days.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use two specific types of local data:

  • Authentication Cookies: To keep you logged in so you don't have to type your password every time you visit.
  • Local Storage: We save a copy of your story directly to your device. This ensures that if your wifi cuts out, you don't lose your progress.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to delete your stories, scenarios, or account at any time. This permanently wipes your personal data and private stories from our live database.

6. Age Requirement

This platform is for adults (18+). If we discover that an account belongs to a minor, it will be deleted.
